We pack our posters with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, since these are delicate packages, it can happen (very rarely!) that they get damaged in transit. In such cases, just contact us at sklep@rulonik.pl and we will find the best solution.

Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 21 days of receiving them.

We refund the amount including the original shipping cost. However, as a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or provide prepaid return labels.

We do not accept returns of personalised posters.

If we made a mistake or the item delivered is defective, please contact us here instead of returning it — we will sort it out.
