DEFINITIONS

Order Processing Time – the time in which the Order is prepared by the Seller and then handed over to the carrier; the Order Processing Time does not include the delivery time.

Customer – a person with full legal capacity who places an Order in the Online Store under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Cart – an electronic service; a form constituting an integral part of the Store's purchasing system in which the Customer confirms the subject and conditions of the Order.

Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.

Online Store – the online service available at www.rulonik.pl through which the Customer can place an Order for available Products.

Product – products available in the Online Store that may be the subject of a Sales Agreement.

ORDER

1. Orders can be placed around the clock, every day of the year. Order processing takes place on Business Days between 10:00 and 17:00.

2. The Customer places an Order by virtually adding Products to the Cart and confirming the Order.

3. Order Processing Time is up to 5 (five) Business Days from payment confirmation.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. Prices shown in the Store are gross prices (inclusive of all taxes) expressed in the applicable currency and do not include shipping costs.

2. The Customer can choose from the available payment methods displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY

1. Orders are delivered to the address indicated in the Order form via a courier company.

2. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are shown at checkout.

COMPLAINTS

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Products without defects. Complaints can be submitted by email to sklep@rulonik.pl. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days.

RETURNS

1. A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods by submitting a written statement. Personalised posters are excluded from the right of return.

2. The direct costs of returning the Product are borne by the Consumer.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. All materials, including graphic elements, trademarks and other content available in the Store are subject to exclusive rights and copyright protection. Use of materials requires the Seller's prior consent.
