We pack our posters with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, they are delicate packages and occasionally (very rarely!) they may get damaged during transport. In such situations, just contact us (sklep@rulonik.pl) and we will find the best solution.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 21 days of receiving them.
We refund the amount including the original shipping cost, but as a small company we are unable to cover the return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels.
We do not accept returns on personalised posters.
If we made a mistake or the delivered item is defective, please contact us instead of returning it and we will do our best to make it right.
